Greek Myth Character Research
Students research, create, and present
- Students chose a character from Greek myth that they wanted to research.
- Students create a google slideshow that they will present in front of the class. This presentation includes fun facts about their character and requires students to summarize a favorite story that their character is a part of.
- Students create a vision board inspired by their Greek character.
- Students write a journal entry/day in the life narrative using their Greek character as a first person narrator.

Pointillism
Students learn to make art from words
Students were assigned a line from Mary Pope Osborne's Tales from the Odyssey and were responsible for creating a pointillism art piece that best represented that line.
